Formal Complaints

If unresolved, please send a formal written complaint to:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
  • Provide a written response within 21 working days

If still unresolved, you may contact the Legal Ombudsman:

Time limits apply:

  • Within 6 months of our final response
  • Within 6 years of the issue or 3 years from when you became aware
